- As required mint leaves

- 1/2 inch ginger
- 3 green chilli

- as required Few rings of onion with lemon juice and salt and red chilli powder
Instructions to make to make Paneer and Mushroom Tikka
- Mix curd,ginger garlic paste,salt,jeera powder,chilli powder,roasted besan and colour.
- Add paneer cubes,capsicum and onions and mushrooms to this mixture and marinate.
- Keep aside for an hour in fridge.
- Now for a dip,add mint,green chillies,coriander,ginger salt and curd to a mixer and make a dip.
- After and hour assemble the pieces of onion,then capsicum tgen paneer then again onion and then mushroom and then capsicum in the skewers and grill for 5 mnts.Or you can also keep the skewer in the sandwiches too and grill.
- Serve in a platter with skewers and garnish with rings of onion and mouth smacking spicy green dip.
