- Take all the vegetables listed in the ingredients. Wash them in running water and cut them into small pieces.

- When the pressure releases, open the lid.

- Now Add chopped onions and salute them
- Add ginger garlic paste.
- Add tomatoes, salt. Frt till.tomatoes mushy, soft and pulpy
- Now add chilli powder, turmeric powder and pav bhaji masala
- Mix well and fry for 2 to 3 minutes
- Add boiled and mash vegetables
- Add 2/4 cup water to bring consistency
- Mix well, when it reaches the desired consistency add chopped coriander leaves.
- Switch off the gas you can add some lemon juice and chopped onion for serving.
