- First make a paste of green chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves powder, kasuri methi powder, spinach puree (optional) and roasted cumin seed powder, anardana powder.
- In oil add bay leaves, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, hing, ginger, tomato powder, and cook for a while.
- Then add carom seed, fennel seed powder, onion seed, black pepper powder, coriander powder, amchoor powder, sendha and rock salt and cook for 5-6 mins then add the blended paste, clove and Cardamom powder. Cook for a while till raw fragrance is gone then add hot water and mashed boiled potatoes and two types of salt. Let it get cooked for minimum 7-8 mins. Then it will be ready to be served.
