Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Tandoori Achari Momos:
- For Momos Dough-
- 1 cup maida
- Pinch salt
- 1/4 tsp vinegar
- as required Water to Knead dough
- as required Momos Filling-
- 100 gms cabbage grated Or chopped
- 50 gms carrot grated Or chopped
- 1 capsicum, chopped
- as required Paneer as per your wish
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- As per taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- for Momo Marination-
- 1 cup curd
- 2-3 tsp kashmiri lal mirch
- as per taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp achar masala
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 1 tsp tandoori masala
- 1-2 tsp mustard oil (hot)
- For Tandoori Effect-
- 1 pc charcoal
- 1/2 tsp oil
- For Tandoori Momos-
- as required Fried momos
- 1 Capsicum cut into big pcs
- 1 Onion cut into big pcs
Steps to make to make Tandoori Achari Momos
- First mix all ingredients from marination section apart from oil.


- Now heat the oil and add into curd. Keep it aside for almost 30 minutes. (You can keep for more time it will taste good) I kept for almost 3-4 hours.



- Dough - mix all the ingredients from momos dough section, and slowly add water and make a soft dough. Keep it aside for 30 mins.

- Momos filling - first add lil salt in cabbage and keep it for 10 minutes.

- After 10 minutes, remove extra water and mix carrot, paneer capsicum and all masala from filling section.



- Now take small pc from dough and roll it.. On the corner apply water. Fill the stuffing. Give shape.




- Fry them till 60-70%.


- Place all fried momos, capsicum and onion in marination.

- Now place one bowl in center of the marinated momos and heat charcoal and place in bowl and immediately add lil oil and cover it for 2 minutes. (I didn't get charcoal so I used coconut shell, I didn't get exact smoke but taste is same)


- Now arrange them in tandoori sticks and roast them.

- Enjoy your Hot Achari Tandoori Momos!!!
