  2. 2 tbsp Lamb fat
  3. 2 tbsp Garlic crushed
  4. 1 Onion medium chopped
  5. 1 Capsicum green
  6. 1 Capsicum red medium size
  7. 4-5 Small size red 🌶️
  8. leaves Mint
  9. 1 tbsp Cumin Seed roasted and crushed
  10. c Black pepper roasted
  11. 1 tsp Roasted crushed red chilli flakes or more as per spice you
  12. half tsp All spice powder
  13. 1 tbsp Smoked paprika powder
  14. Salt to taste
  15. 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  16. 2 Bread
  17. 4 tbsp Corn flour
  18. 2 tbsp Oil
  19. Coal for smoke
  20. 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  21. Coal for smoke
  22. half Egg
  23. Butter for grilling

Instructions to make to make Grilled Turkish Kebab

  1. Drain all water from mince then chopperize it once.
    Chopped onion, capsicum chillies and corrainder leaves very finely.
    Soak bread in water. Drain all excess water.
  2. In a mixing bowl take mince add soak bread and chopped veggies.
    Add roasted and crushed spice, oil, corn flour and half beaten egg.
    Cover and refrigerate for two hours.
    Dip wooden skewers in water for half an hour.
  3. Skewers marinated mince and give a desire shape.
    Pre heat the grill on medium high flame and brush with oil.
    Place the skewers on grill and cook for 3 to 5 minutes flip and cook on other side. Grill the Kebabs until they turns to golden brown.
  4. Burn coal and give coal smoke to your kebab for Smoky flavor.
