- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- As required Oil for deep frying and basting

- To begin, prepare the dough for the momos. Take the all-purpose flour in a large bowl. Add in the salt and knead a soft dough using water. Brush it with a bit of oil and leave it aside to rest for 10-15 minutes.
