  6. Blend the yogurt to get a smooth texture
  7. Plate the dish by keeping two vadas. Put 1/2 cup of yogurt over it. Sprinkle some salt and red chilli over it. Put a tsp of each of three sauces over it. Sprinkle some pomegranate seeds over it. And the dish is ready to serve.
